Do you have a burning question and need just an hour or two of time?  Each month a small amount of time is set aside for these bookings.  (Approx. $500 per hour)

BioScience Strategy Program

This option suits you best if you are struggling to put a plan in place in bioscience or biotechnology. Susan and her team will work with you to develop the plan over 12 weeks.  Through one-on-one coaching sessions you will leverage the team’s expertise and network to gain the clarity needed for your success.

 

There will be a number of topics covered such as the state of the technology, IP, regulatory, manufacturing, distribution, strategic alliances, commercialization strategy, finance, project management, implementation of the plan and more.
